This episode is basically about Twilight trying to babysit Flurry Heart and tackle a bunch of other stuff, and she gets overwhelmed. So Flury Heart will probably go running around and teleporting everywhere.
I remember back in Season 2 there was this episode called "Baby Cakes" where Twilight says something to Pinkie along the lines of "I knew you'd need help taking care of the babies. Some ponies don't know how to handle that responsibility."
It's gonna be so funny if we watch Twilight eat crow on that one.
