/mlpol/ is best Hitler, and other crimes against humanity · 6:34pm Apr 6th, 2017

Still working, just have to juggle a bunch of workshops and interviews and making sure I return to being a functioning, contributing member of society. And as a promise I am trying to keep to myself, I am going to try to keep up with the blog posting, if for no other reason to keep me engaged with you guys while I force myself to actually power through bullshit, even if I have nothing good or relevant to say.

Truly, I have finally become a genuine fimfiction author.

In other news, I have not been on 4chan in years and I have no intention of going back. I was mostly, if ever a /tg/ guy because I am the biggest warhammer nerd in Ireland, fuck you, fight me! And even then only once in a blue moon, but I have to be honest, hats off to the autists this April fool's day, merging /pol/ and /mlp/ for a day was a fucking hilarious concept. They merged everyone else too into hybrid boards too, but nobody cares, because apparently /pol/ and /mlp/ actually wanted to stay merged. Looks like the horsefuckers and the /pol/acks had a lot in common, who knew, right?

This may come as a shock to most of you but I don't drink very much, despite having worked in the family bar for going on 20 years now, so imagine my surprise when, faced with no option but to celebrate my brother's impending marriage (Who does that, right? Bloody inconsiderate to have the poor sense to go and get wifed of all things and inflict it on the rest of us.) I was forced to get drunk, I learned many things those two nights getting lost in Newcastle. One is that apparently I can outdrink my entire family combined and still have perfect excellent acceptable manageable cognitive functionality with nearly perfect recall, but also that I am one of those guys who cannot sleep when they are drunk. Yay me. Aw well, at least I finally learned I can dance, so I guess some stereotypes are true and others are bullshit.

I also may or may not be doing something in the near future regarding a second story in order to help out a good friend of mine, Haven't fully worked it out yet, but I'll have details soon.

However, faggotry is as faggotry does. I'll see you guys in a few days or so.

Do I even want to know?

Ok, now I'm curious about what happened on April fool's. Anyone care to explain that /mlp/ and /pol/ ?

If you don't understand it off the bat, you're probably better off pretending you never heard it.

>warhammer fan

i bet u play on tabletops u fucking nerd

roll to initiate faggot

4486384 That bad? Very well then, I shall leave this issue. For now. I'm certain that somewhere in the future I will find that again. And then I will find answers. Nah, just kidding, but thanks for such quick response.

4486268 Neither, Beale is very prescient on a great many things and his insight is interesting and valueable, but his political solutions are as shortsighted as his theological presuppositions and I often sense a disconnect between his racial realism politics and his Christianity, which becomes obvious whenever the two seem to clash (though I believe he is very apt in his criticisms of modern Christian Churches, which he refers to as Churchian rather than Christian) I may be incorrect, but while he can be humble about a great many of his own flaws, I often seem to sense a lack of accounting for providence in his ruthless, naturalistic calculations of human interactions and explanations for human activities, to him, naturalism, not sin, is the primary cause of human evil on a sociological scale (I have no doubt however he accounts for both providence and sin on individual person-to-person basis given his interviews with Stefan Molyneux, his appearence on TRS radio, and his unprincipled exception to all his previous rules regarding race politics and realities when it applies to Prince.) Long story short, I disagree with Beale for the same reason I disagree with fascists: they are both liberal rebels of one stripe or another whose appreciation for the natural order of things is warped although their analysis of what exactly is wrong with the world hits so close to the mark as to be almost premonitory.

Now Wright on the other hand is a different kettle of fish. He is an excellent rhetorician and, at times, a very logical man, though as Beale himself once rightly pointed out, he does have a tendency to be a Binary Thinker: "If you are not X, then you are Y." You'd have seen a lot of that when he makes all sorts of assumptions about a commenter's character based on something they said (However it must be noted, he is not always wrong to do so, as many of his interlocutors do indeed provide enough rope with which to hang themselves) but at other times, he makes such an embarrassing blunder and poorly thought out miscalculation in his judgements it blows up in his face and he ends up missing the forest for all the trees. This was most evident in the Monarchist kerfuffles on his blog a while ago, where he made a blog post saying something unflattering regarding monarchies and in the proceeding comments, he discovered a noticeable number of his readers possessed monarchist or reactionary leanings (myself among them), so of course he made another blog saying he was surprised and happy to learn such people exist, and had thought they had died out, because its the modern world dontchaknow? And then proceeded in that very blog and comments to condemn them all for having the souls of slaves, not being worth the dignity or the respect of a 'free man' such as himself and other true blue patriots who subscribe to the republican model of government who wouldn't cotton to doff their hat to a king who is obviously a despotic tyrant as bad as Goliath, sic semper tyrannis and all that jazz but he was pleased to know those people existed, really.

Que commenter rebellion.

The reaction was so virulent and disagreement with Wright's positions and assumptions even amongst other republican commenters so divergent that the discussion spread across multiple following blog posts, and ended up being aggregated among Instapundit and Steel Sharpens Steel and other right leaning blog news aggregators with multiple bloggers across the sphere making commentary posts on their own blogs about the situation. Wright had unwittingly stepped on an absolute landmine and had exposed a lot of his internal thought processes to the naked air not amidst left wingers or his enemies, but amidst his own fans and readerbase and their own barbs and jabs. He eventually made a truce with his readers on the matter but followed up several months later with a long winded, rambling and word-salady post about the ridiculousness of the traditionalist position (Read: Monarchism, Aristocracy, anything that wasn't the American Revolution) that I didn't bother to read nor participate in the comments of, I had made the mistake of trying to engage Wright directly on his blog about that during the first round, I had no idea of hitting that brick wall and unbridgeable gap again.

Basically, Wright has made the Classical Liberals mistake of forgetting that however much he virulently opposes the new liberals (progressives, feminism, communism, fascism, etc, etc, etc and he is right for lumping all of these isms as 'liberal'), he is still, ultimately, a liberal himself. Wright's intelligence, wit and brilliance are not in doubt, nor is his wisdom, but those exchanges regarding monarchism were incredibly enlightening in highlighted how stringently he holds his first principles, so much so he doesn't realise how radical some of those are in the context of traditionalism. The most obvious such cognitive dissonance, is his fervent belief in American Exceptionalism. I will not go into it here for the sensitivities of my American readers, but suffice it to say it is rather absurd in Wright's case, who so styles himself on cleaving fast to Christ, Country and Tradition, to believe that America is not a 'nation' like other nations, and because it is not a nation, that is its strength and no one should have a right to a nation and a homeland for such notions do not exist and a 'nation' is only its ideas and nothing else (except Jews, who are the exception to which he will brook no argument whatsoever, nevermind the fact it is the Catholic Church that is Israel and the New House of David and the Jews do themselves and God a disservice in not converting to Christ's love. We are sent to convert all nations, and that, obviously, includes God's chosen people) he unironically compares America to a Church and your membership of it makes you an American regardless of origin, much like your membership of the Church by baptism makes you a Christian regardless of everything else. He does not appear to see the obvious danger and contradiction in this notion, you cannot be a member of two churches.

Suffice it to say, Wright is a very good and very intelligent man, but he is so steeped in the Americanist heresy he reacts virulently to anything that challenges that on a First Principle basis with regards to Christianity, hence the Monarchist kerfuffle. Americanism in this context does not refer to Trumpian patriotism, which is fine, but rather to the American blend of the overall Modernist Heresy that pervades the rest of the world. There are many variations on it, with the most noticeable and visible being liberal American Catholics of one strip or another, but you get more than your fair share of Conservative or right wing Catholics infected with its thinking, usually through no conscious fault of their own, which I believe is the case with Wright. I believe he is simply wrong. He is an emotional thinker, which I can appreciate, as I am much the same, but the difference I would wager is how aware he is in how emotional his thought processes can be at times and has the same tendency of most of the modern right into purity spiralling and punching to the right as it were. Just what the left wants and has been making the right do for the past 200 years and more. There is nothing wrong with being a Rhetorical thinker, its a legitimate method of communication and the transmission and understanding of Truth as much so as DIalectic thinking, of which I would attribute Beale as being such, who prides himself so much so on this fact, he runs the risk of making the mistake of his more intellectual opponents of doing the opposite of Wright, and missing the trees for the forest.

Malcolm the Cynic and especially ZippyCatholic were both very good at calling out Wright on his wrongheadedness, especially Zippy who is utterly ruthless on calling out people on their unprincipled liberal presuppositions.

In short, I can find much to disagree and agree with both of them, especially as regards to nationhood and other aspects of politics, but to me, they are all liberals who while prescient on whats is wrong with the world, are ultimately in rebellion against the natural order. Just infinitely less so than modern progressives, liberals, socialists and such forth. Who are such a threat that while I would willingly engage everyone from ancaps to fascists to tradcons in serious debate and argument, I do not punch right when Antifa rolls onto the scene, however much as a monarchist, the concepts of right and left are abhorrent to me.

Honestly I don't talk much politics here precisely because it is a shitty thing to do, since I am here to write stories more or less in peace and we have all seen too much political drama in author blogs to last us a lifetime. Honestly half the time, its just virtue signalling fuckery to me, but that's none of my business.

4486369 No

4486381 No, take 4486384 's advice and ignore it and assume faggotry. You will be correct.

4486392 Make me, scrub.

4486417 Ok, if you say so. Besides, I'm outvoted, so I have to obey. Hopefully, I won't find it. But with my luck, I will. Not on purpose, of course, but surfing through Internet depths looking for God knows what. And now, I shall cease my line of thought, and concentrate on going to sleep.right now, I have only six and half hour 'till I'll have to stand up and face the world.

4486425 Then have a good rest and face that early dawn fearlessly.

4486414
A good part of the reason I always keep an eye on your comment sections is that your replies are frequently as or more substantive than the posting from which the comments derive. Even if I'm not in complete concurrence, it's always an interesting insight.

4486462 I am glad you enjoyed it, I try to keep my sperge on a leash.

/mlpol/ was a mistake

4486601 mistake was a /mlpol/

4486601
/mlpol/ was awesome

/mlpol/ was the most entertaining thing I've experienced on that awful site for a while now.

JBL

Aw well, at least I finally learned I can dance, so I guess some stereotypes are true and others are bullshit.

Vid or it didn't happen. And don't lie and say there's none -- I know your family would have captured that moment forever.

As you can see from my avatar, I was mostly seen in /pol/, though I did work on the side as "Porn Angel" on /b/. I worked tirelessly for sauce, and I always had the porn you were looking for. I reverse-Obi-Wan'd the shit outta /b/tards.

Thanks for keeping us in the loop.

They merged everyone else too into hybrid boards too

not /r9k/

4486392 Are you sure you're not just in the closet, Shocks?

They merged everyone else too into hybrid boards too, but nobody cares, because apparently /pol/ and /mlp/ actually wanted to stay merged. Looks like the horsefuckers and the /pol/acks had a lot in common, who knew, right?

r u serius? Did this actually happen in some form?

Also not drinking very often makes you a lightweight. You haven't unlocked your true potential yet. Being hungry is also a bad idea. Hell I could probably eat a small horse right now.

4487197
You bet it happened. They froze /qa too after everyone migrated and started spamming there.

Thank you for drawing my attention to this. Many keks were had.

4486640 So I hear

4486711 >Actually going to 4chan

Lolfaget

4486735 There is video of it, but I don't have it, I just need to find the facebook of that bar I went to, they had cameras recording the dancefloor.

4486832 /b/ was never good.

4486947 Translation: FUCKING UPDATE

I sympathise with you and I am working on it. I'm just shitposting in the meantime.

4486976 TBH I have no idea what that board was even about, maybe they just couldn't find a funny pair for it?

4487197 Yeah they did, it was total chaos.

And yeah I know, frankly, I am not too fond of getting drunk if it means I can't sleep at night but I put my other fears regarding getting drunk to bed however, so that's good. I am a practical wizard potato after all.

4487322 Because you have a life now.

4487653 Shit, really? Hahaha, quality assurance on 4chan was a joke anyway.

4488407 Many cultural exchanges also occured.

4488780
Yep. Still frozen, too. Word on the block is they're gonna try again.

4488780 robot9000? The forever alone board, of people who fail at being the most basic of socially apt.

I once went to 4chan until I realized that I had to take care of something, like not getting cancer.
Looked nice in the /r/ but was scared to get into /pol/ as I doubted that I could take on that much autism and spergitry.

4488780 That's why it was always so good.
