I've been getting a few questions about ABO-verse (guessing it's not common in this fandom, that's my bad). ABO-verse is Alpha/Beta/Omega verse. It's portrayed differently depending on the person's perception of it, but mainly has to do with wolf pack roles. For my interpretation, Alphas are strongest, in leadership positions and keep everything in order. Betas are a bit more flexible, being the second-in-command to Alphas and sometimes likely to challenge the Alpha's authority. Omegas are the weakest physically, but also highly intelligent and fall into their heat cycles the easiest.
When I was first looking it up while ago, I found this post on it and this post explaining one person's take on it. I decided to loosely follow the explanation I found and that's kinda how I use ABO now.
For A Packed Crowd, the only wolf traits everyone has are just the ability to howl, hyper sense of smell and the ability to release different types of pheromones. The best way I can describe it is just look at them the exact same way, but now they have a better sense of smell and humans go into heat.
