'Glim' takes some very dark paths from now on. Chapter 17 is almost done, and it'll be up as soon as possible. WORKING LIKE A MANIAC HERE!
And here's a snippet that I wrote into a tatty old day-planner back in August when I was out on-site and away from Los Internetados. It's from the Big Bad End. BTW, don't read too much into it. Anyone who guesses what's happening, I will give you the naming rights for the final chapter.

I also wanted to "censor" it, just for fun - like from The SCP Foundation project, with lots of █████'s and ███ ████-██ ████'s and so on. But that would just look bad and dumb and dumb and bad. And bad. And dumb. And ███ing ██likewise █████icorn ███ muthaf██ stick my d██ ████ your ████ and also ██ ████ ██ with gravy and ███████ but not ███ and you can take your ███ ██████ with its █████ and then ████ ██████ ████ sweet weeping ███████ █████ ███████ ████ ██ ███████ ducksauce.
Also, sorry for the excessive drama - it's something about my writing that I've noticed needs attention!

She blinked as the spooky armoured alicorn held up the tiny silver ring. “Wow, Big Sister. I forgot it was that... that small.”
“It’s still cold as ice, even after fifteen centuries in the heart of the sun,” Night Mare Moon smirked. Then all amusement disappeared from her face. She gritted her teeth. “We have to do this, Little Sister. If we don’t... If...”
The youngest Eternal Sister nodded, then held up her shining crown. The miniscule Weapon of Harmony fitted perfectly into the shallow circular depression on the face of the Star of Magic. Neither Sister was surprised by this.
Magic is as Magic does. As always. As ever.
“For Starburst,” Night Mare Moon said.
“For Celestia,” Twilight agreed. She closed her eyes and propped the crown onto her head. It rested against her horn.
A deep thrumming jolt rocked the ground beneath them. Twilight opened her eyes again.
They glowed deep blood-red.
Side by side, the two Night Mares leaped into the blazing sky.
Glim get's op as fuck, The Lunacy manages to get to Celestia, Twilight and Luna allow to Lunacy to 'control' them so they get op as fuck, they get the Element of Harmony to attach to the Sun, lasers and shit, boom.

Why do you say Night mare instead of Nightmare? It confuses me, and nightmare makes more sense to me.

All I can make out is that the Lunacy killed Starburst and at least corrupted/incapicated Celestia, although she may be dead as we know that Alicorns can be killed if they are drained of their magic or overloaded with it.

i haven't actually started reading Glim yet.
after reading through the entirety of Not My Destiny (including the Bad End) at the beginning of summer, i cried my eyes out. and then when i discovered there was a sequel, i silently wept for my sanity, because i knew that no matter what, i'd read it, and it'd make me sad as all fuck.
i've kinda been waiting for it to get close to the end though, so i can take the whole thing in one big binge, get it through my system as fast as possible. so i guess... are we getting close? can i begin the self-induced torture of my Feel Capacitors now?
