Drive defragging is magic. (NOT!) · 10:11pm May 30th, 2017
Seriously, this laptop's hard drive is the most fragmented thing I've seen ever since I defragged my mom's old college laptop, which is nearly as old as I am.
Still, my craptop's got a horribly fragmented drive, and I probably should've done something about it before. At least I barely use that thing anyways.
How bad could it be?
4554148 It's only 7% fragmented, but it seems like the swapfile is one of the most fragmented files on the drive. That's not good in any possible way.

What does that mean?
4555553 The swapfile is a special system file located on the hard drive that's used as additional memory for the computer if the main RAM banks are completely filled up. The larger a swapfile gets, the more fragmented it will usually grow. That laptop has a near 1 gig worth of swapfile on its main drive, so even the tiniest amount of fragmentation will and has already brought the system to its knees.
