SPark

Not checking in here. I may post stories because my patrons are nice and like ponies. Otherwise out of the fandom, sorry peeps.

    There's where you go.

If you don't have money, fair enough. I've been there, done that. If you do and don't care, fuck off.

    The zines are for sale.

I'll just bump you folks over to twitter for details, but the short version is they're $5 each, $2 USA shipping, $4 international, and I have two pony ones, A Twilight Trio (Unhorsed, Apex, Dreaming of Dragons) and Tender is the Night.

    It exists. :3

That, my friends, is a zine, or a tiny, handmade book, containing three of my recent stories. Right now I'm working on getting them out to the Patrons, and after that I will be selling them in some way or another.

    Zines! AKA tiny books!

I never managed to get on the pony book bandwagon. I just... self publishing is hard, okay? :P But zines are at least marginally less hard, I only have to wrestle with Libre Office, not with some printer's completely unfamiliar absolutely everything.

    Any Hades fans out there?

I do actually have a pony story coming up! (On Patreon on Monday, here on Fimfic on Wednesday! Just a cute little erotica short, but it's one I particularly liked!)

But I'm also currently in the middle of writing Hades story number four in just the last week, so, uh... On a bit of a roll there!

TThe Spark to Light a Candle
A half-remembered dream leads Twilight Sparkle to test a new "window" spell by looking at an alternate Equestria. What she sees there will lead her and her friend Princess Luna into adventures they had never imagined possible. A season one fic.

Do you like my writing? Have you enjoyed my stories? Have you ever, on any occasion read something of mine and thought "that was really good"? Has something I wrote ever made you go "wow, those feels"? Would you like to read something that is really good, and absolutely stuffed full of feels?

I want to tell you all that quite possibly the best story I've ever written and almost certainly the biggest emotional journey is The Spark to Light a Candle. YOU SHOULD READ IT.

I know, it's a sequel to an obscure crossover. That doesn't matter. I know, it's sixty thousand words long. That doesn't matter. Read it. It is worth it, I promise.

Read it.

Psst. Read it.

Okay, I will stop talking about it now. I know I can't actually force people to like the stories I put my heart and soul into, rather than the stupid fluff ones (this site is waaaaaaaaaaaaaay too fond of stupid fluff) so this will be my last mention of it.

But seriously. READ IT.

Awww, thank you! Honestly, though, it's been such a horrible experience for me that a sequel is pretty out of the question.

It's on the kindle, and I'm starting it tonight! :pinkiehappy: It sounds exactly like my cup of tea... with a shot of whiskey in it!

Uhh, you feeling okay? :unsuresweetie:

Not Safe For Ferret. Sorry >.<

I finally finished my magnum opus, and this is the reaction to the dramatic climax, while the amazing, emotionally charged epilogue's comments looked like this until just a few minutes ago.

How do you think I'm doing?

Does someone need a hug? :fluttershysad:

No dark stories? Or for some other reason?

4573468
Eh. Possibly.

I know how hard it is to get no comments on a story one has worked on for ages. That's happened several times to me.
It can feel like you're getting ignored, which is never fun for anyone.
I've been busy with my own biz, so I'll get started on reading this story when life calms down for me, which will hopefully be in a few days.

Okie dokie! Will start reading tomorrow. :yay:

The world is full of bozo-men. Remember, there is nothing that is so awesome that a bunch of nit-wits won't whine about it! I've finished the first couple of chapters, and it is wonderful and sweet so far.

Added to my vacation reading list. Come July, I plan to walk out into the nearby nature preserve with my e-reader and a bottle of ice-cold water, sit down under a 500-year-old oak tree and read with no distractions for the first time in months.

Man, that does sound like a vacation.
