First off, hi.
Secondly, I've finished a basic rework of how I want Sleepovers And Such to progress. One of my core issues with the original idea was that, while it was pretty easy to write, the core conflict surrounding an incontinence issue was to be explored in a way that I personally find boring. Originally, I wanted to really do this 'blackmail' route with all the stuff you expect from it, the internal struggles of CMC, the explanations why DT was the way she was and the ending was basically done in Crusaders Of The Lost Mark. So, yeah, I couldn't do the way I wanted to do the story because the show was quicker on the uptake.
So, what to do? I sat on that question for quite a while now, especially since I haven't really much fun writing a basic premise like this. Let's be honest here, the whole blackmailing story is as cliché as it gets, and while I'm not opposed to writing clichéd stuff, it never felt like the story would develop in a way that you could look at it and say 'Sunset-chan wrote that'. The main reason why I finished MBS was because it had that feeling of uniqueness, that feeling that it was mine. With all its flaws, it hit everything I wanted to write.
So, you never got to see the original script, but based on the turn at the end of the last chapter, I'm gonna go off into a direction that hopefully you find more interesting than your usual "Ponies fight, fight some more, talk about it, friendship ensues" plot. I hope to finish the next chapter sometime around the weekend and we'll see where we go from there.
Let's make a return to glory, eh?

Speaking of MBS, again, that was just incredibly gripping. As much as I'd love a sequel I'm okay with it staying a one story thing. Who knows how many years left we'll all be here anyways. You know? heh. Anyhow, glad to have you back.

I'm trying, but, as mentioned in the previous blog, geriatric care is anything but easy (well, it kinda is, but the environment is making it harder than it needs to be) so I need to concentrate heavily on that. 11 work days in an average 2 weeks is also kinda exhausting, so there's that. xD I hope to make a comeback, or something like that tho.

Not gonna lie, I doubt my writing is still up to par as of right now. I haven't done much in terms of writing, except a pen-and-paper campaign and a lot of ideas for possible novels I want to write.

As for the years, it matters not. Worst case scenario, I'll just write my pony erotica per hand and throw it off the roof of the local university. That way it'll still reach the masses.
