"Thanks, man" (A farewell letter) · 8:38pm Jul 5th, 2017
Hello, Fimfiction. It has been a long time since I've last been here. I once said here about a year and a half that I was going on hiatus, and well, I went through a good bit of stuff during that time.
My love of the show seemed to had...lost its spark, so to speak. However, I still am a man who doesn't just leave his things lying around and expecting someone to pick them up for him. No, you all deserve a proper farewell.
I'm sorry, but writing stories about something that I just don't, well, watch anymore, it's kind of a false desire, and therefore produces false passion in my writing. Therefore, I will be taking my proper leave of this site.
I am not ungrateful for the times I spent here. The times I talked so often with friends and writing for this great community of readers and writers. It helped fuel my passion for writing. It gave me a sense of accomplishments.
I leave you with my most cherished works. I got rid of the ones that I kinda didn't like, but the ones I loved making are the ones that are in my public library that anyone can access. At the very least, I urge you to read just one work of mine known as The Journey Beyond. It was my favorite work, and was a collaborative effort by my friend Abstract Thought.
One last thing before I go, and this is for everyone: Never stop writing. If you have a passion for writing something different, go for it. Challenge yourself, but at the same time, find something you love. Always find something you love.
Stay safe, everyone. /)
I wish you well in all your future endeavours
Good luck and good fortune in your future writing.
