Hey guys, what if Tirek wins? What will he do to Princess Twilight? Will he banish her to Tartarus or banish her from Equestria to unknown lands instead of being banished to Tartarus?

    Plans for a new Story

Volks, I'm planning to do a new story now. These story is a Warhammer 40K crossover story. This story is about forces of the 1st Cadian Shock Trooper Regiment that had the 4th Military Expeditionary Force of the Amareican Military Expeditionary Fleet, which were frozen in time.

The story is based on a story known as The Earth 1st Marines.

The Deletion of the story "A War Worse than Fate" · 11:31am Oct 8th, 2012

Attention, you all know that when I saw 22 dislikes on my story A War Worse than Fate (thumbs down) I deleted said story. Because you all REALLY hated it, I should not able to continue writing down that stupid fiction of mine. Now back off or I will block those who presses the thumbs down on my stories.

.... Just saw this. I have to say something, if only because I want to.

You can't see who downvoted a story UNLESS they make themselves known. Hell, you could go around, downvoting ALL the stories on FimFic and no one would notice. Why do you think many stories that are considered universally great by many a reader have downvotes?

That's just my first point. My second one is this.

So, because someone hated your story, ON THE INTERNET, you are going to block them. You release a story, ON THE INTERNET, on a public story viewing site, ON THE INTERNET, that allows readers to comment on said stories, ON THE INTERNET, and USED TO sometimes allow the readers to stay ANONYMOUS, ON THE INTERNET, and expect people to not not hate your story? Do you see my point there?

One more thing, and this is more for my personal curiosity than anything, what was your story about? What was the concept, the tags, all that whippy whappery? I may be able to help you figure out what you might have done wrong.

Thank you for bearing with my atom-sized rant. 'Ave a good day!

"No way, I deleted it."

...Is that my answer? Really? Assuming you mean that because you deleted it, you can't talk about it, that's malarkey. I just want to know what the concept of the story was, not for you to repost the story and risk getting banned.

414395 The story was about military, ponies, and humans.

416107 I think I may see the problem here... People on this site tend to react badly towards Human fics. Even more so MILITARY human fics. I've seen many a good story shot down because of this reason. This is why many people suggest getting a good fanbase BEFORE attempting to write anything about the human military. Or military humans. Or any other wording of that.

... well, you've basically pasted an enormous sign saying 'Troll me, please, I'm a drama queen!' with this post, good job. As Axel said, people on this site are predisposed to dislike military human fics, just like they absolutely detest alicorn OCs, because so many people write them, and 95% of them suck. It's practically ingrained at this point, although military humans are nowhere near as hated as alicorns. I suspect your fic had some annoying features, like shaky grammar or the like, and people saw that and said 'yup, another badfic' then moved on.

Not saying this is entirely fair and all, but the sheer number of bad HiE fics mean that I only look for fics with a sterling track record, as a guarantee that they will actually be worth the time spent reading them. Basically, don't be discouraged by downvotes. If in doubt, we have a thread for requesting story reviews if you feel people are hating your story for no reason. It'll be brutally honest at least, so you'll know where you're going wrong. It's not that I hate you while writing this, but insecure reactions like this to criticism piss me off, mmkay? Grow a spine, learn to take criticism, and learn to write better through that insight.

417096 Grant Gerard DuGalle Calliope was a 19-year-old human Frenchman with his 85-year-old granddad Daladier Gerard Calliope. Those two along with the rests of the humans are my OCs, based on the characters of Call of Duty.

Grant Gerard DuGalle Calliope was a character made by me. He resembles Konstantin Petrovich, Captain of the Russian Representative Military Honorary Guard Band. Daladier Gerard Calliope also resembles Valery Khalilov, the composer of Kant-March.

Irrelevant. People downvote your fic? See why they dislike it, and try to see their point of view on the matter. If they post constructive criticism, take it into account. Don't act like a flighty twelve year old and say 'well, if they don't enjoy my fic, nobody will! Haha! I have shown them all!' *deletes fic*. It proves nothing, only denying you the opportunity to see what others think of your writing style. This denies you the ability to strengthen the areas your writing is weak in, because others will see things in your work that you've never noticed. I don't really want to know about your fic right now, but I'm just saying that deleting it solves nothing, and ultimately hurts you as a writer more than the community as readers. Unless the story was painfully, unbearably, illegibly bad, in which case it might hurt us more :trollestia:.

Edit: rereading your post, I'm not sure why you felt the need to post that... were you perhaps intending that as a reply to someone else, who was enquiring after the sources of your characters in that CoD fic of yours? Sincerely confused by your reply, upon further examination.

417815 Like I said, that may have been the problem. People are picky on this site, and Military Personnel tend to make people a bit uncomfortable.

I feel your pain man...
