Crystal Wishes started a pretty cool thing. Share a smile!

Here's what I'd like everyone to do: write a blog post about someone (or someones!) who you don't normally interact with that you admire, look up to, or just simply want to praise in some way. Then tag it with Share a Smile, as well as the names of the user(s) you wrote about. If we're lucky—if enough of y'all participate—that person may just have the happy surprise of finding your post. If you could also include instructions at the bottom of your post for others who see it to do the same, that would be super!

Well, it's always good to share a smile. ~~Especially on a Monday~~. I'm actually quite glad the terms call for naming people you don't talk to too often, otherwise there would be too many cool people to name. But, without further ado, here are my peeps:

I don't know if it's sort of cheating to name the founder of the whole thing, but I'm gonna do it anyway. Crystal is a totally cool person. Just that she would start something like this, especially on a Monday (scientifically proven to be the worst day of the week), shows that. I only wish I was more active in the Q+B Discord to get to see her awesomeness more One of the few times I was active in the group, though, was when I heard Crystal's new smash hit Squishy Things.

I know things really aren't going well for you right now, dude. I can't pretend to understand even slightly what's happening for you, but I do know that, however stuff is exactly, you don't deserve any of it it. You're a great guy, and I only hope things start to get better. If anyone deserves to have a smile shared with them today, it's you.

And Chapped! You work so hard both as a Story Approver for the site, and you help out with the Barcast, while also balancing this with full-time education. You are one of the hardest-working people I know, and yet it doesn't seem like anyone ever gives you any thanks. It seems like you mainly have to deal with people complaining when their stories get denied, or constantly harassing you to ask for stuff. Well, I just wanted to say thanks for all your work, and I hope you know that we really do appreciate it, even if we don't think to say so.

Even though I've already given Crystal a shoutout, I just wanted to give one more thanks for starting this. It's always good to try to bring a smile, and it was also interesting to think about all the people I know and who of them I don't talk to much, even though I really should.
