There was once a space, between the place of your birth and the place where you were, measured in moments of latitude and the relative movement of a distant and uncaring sun.

She still believed in the sun. The same way she still believed in gravity. It was something that was there and couldn't be escaped, but it wouldn't catch her now that she'd started to fall.

    The Skyking Flies Still

"I wasn't really planning on landing." -- The Skyking

People disappear from the internet. Blogs are abandoned, forums fade and last posts are made. You might wonder what happened to them, but you'll never know.

Everything is True; Nothing is Permitted

Krakatoa just went kraka-boom and that great lady might be setting a trend among her sisters.

I hope the first time you heard about this was from a My Little Pony fanfiction website, so you can enjoy the freely-floaty feeling.

    Unfortunate paralells to the Nazarene

Not as dead as I had advertised.
Not as undead as one would suspect. Utter distate for the brains of others I have met. Most of them anyway.
Raising a toast, but it isn't really mine and the toast is actually grape juice.

Pinkie Pie Needs to Read Kierkegaard · 4:59am Sep 13th, 2017

This is the second time that Pancho Panka has used the Leap of Faith line and the second time she has used it wrong.

The Leap of Faith doesn't work out for the leaper. In fact, it is a complete failure. And the leaper knows this before hand. They know they are jumping to their death like an idiot and nothing good can or ever will come of it, but wisdom becomes foolishness and the foolish become wise and so on. To borrow Kierkegaard's example, the missionary gets eaten by cannibals and the cannibals never care. At all. Ever. Why did the missionary waste his life in such a stupid way? What an idiot.
But if you're a proponent of American imperialism instead of European, then you can think about the Alamo instead. Or you can go the Leftist route and the Paris Commune. The point is that such Leaps are everywhere and in every direction. "One swallows dry and takes a chance," to quote another guy.

But they're all the same in the important way that Pink Pony is wrong. What I'm saying is everyone should have gone face first into the acid and the last adventure of Daring Do would have somehow, miraculously put a permanent end to the Big A and the Little C (I don't know how their names are spelled and pretended they had nicknames right there). Also, I just remembered that it was green gunk and farts the last time around. Did someone read a really terrible translation that implied farting green gunk was involved in being a Knight of Faith?

Have some images. Thanks for whatever.

I feel that scene was poorly handled. Pinkie pie should've thrown daring do and daring you could've glided to the oblisk thing and then thrown the rope to pinkie who could have pulled daring and rainbow out.

"Why, then, do I require something of her? And what do I require of her? I require she be propelled upward by farting slime. And in that I am right, for only in that way can slime be crossed." Kierkegaard, probably.
