Oh my god, that song is so cool. It's syncopated in 4/4 as 3/3/3/3/4 measures up till 2:30 where it turns to 7/4 and then goes back to 4/4 and then to 7/4 again at the end. It's soooooo cool. But enough of that, we're here to talk about this morning's chapter of Super! Finally done with Rainbow's backstory, we learn the truth of how she and Scootaloo came to be together and most importantly, why. Sanguine didn't send just any assassin to try and kill Fly Wheel, he sent his best and they weren't anywhere close to enough. Of course, it doesn't help that his best turned on him, but that's not the point, Rainbow couldn't have done it either. When you've got a power like King Crimson Sanguine and Fly, one on one fights give you just about absolute advantage over your opponent.
So, Rainbow is heavily involved in Scoot's life and really the only reason she ever escaped the world she was stuck in, but at the same time, she's never told her the truth about, well, anything really, so how can she feel but betrayed and confused by all this new information? Ah, but never fear, mom comes to the rescue. The gang discusses family matters and then finally, we come to a close as Fluttershy welcomes her old friend home. First time I've written a non leading end in the last five weeks, and I'm pretty happy with it.
Thus the story of the bloody crow comes to a close and there likely won't be another chapter from Rainbow's perspective. this one down, we've got 8 full planned chapters before the ends, so we're getting close to the finish, and I must say, it's about damn time. I've spent almost half my college career writing this now, and I'd like to be done with it before I finish school. That being said, I've kinda shot myself in the foot with my next set of classes, as not only did I have my professor create a 3D animation class so I could finish up that Applejack I modeled last semester, but I'm also taking another programming class, because I hate myself.
Next time, we'll dive into the kaiju, persona, and who can do what, after a little bit of the daily life. Did you catch the flags? That's all from me.
