I'm glad to see his eyes aren't polluted with hatred and vengeance.
It'd be nice if you can tell us more about Gloomy Night the third, maybe in small bonus chapters, or get Luna to tell Bone about their friendship. It doesn't seem like her first time getting a necromancer looking through her eyes, this little detail holds much potential to let it pass.

I like how he has larger eyes than in the first books cover it looks more like the shows artstyle, but are the skulls in his eyes supposed to be really small because the I thought they covered the pupils and I can definitely see the pupils.
I have a suggestion you know how weird body mods are a thing, and I don't mean like tattoos or normal piercings I mean like ear gages and dyed eyes. What if in the last few years magic equivalents of those became a thing so when people see bones eyes they don't think “ AHH a necromancer” they instead think ”AHH a ping that probably lived in manehattan”.

(squints) That pony on the left... The parts of her facing the light have purple fur, with a darker mane. That, plus what I can see of the manestyle itself leads me to believe that it's Twilight.

At the end of the last story, I was so caught up in the drama I forgot to ask; What the buck happened to the population of Marrow's home town? Something tore into that mine and murdered the everloving horseapples out of everyone and I don't believe that mystery was ever solved.

Ok I just reread chapter three and I saw the dead diamond dog, I completely forgot about that so we have two possibilities.
1) that was a forgotten plotpoint. that won't go anywhere (unlikely)
2) Bone will have to fight something powerful enough to take out an entire raiding party of warriors but still small enough to fit in the cave. The list of creatchers strong and small enough to do that is pretty small it couldn't of been a dragon the tunnels were too small for an adult to fit and a teenage one wouldn't be able to fight an entire horde of bandits. So were looking for something about the size of a manticor at most and strong enough to literally take out a small army, considering the fact that it wasn't in the chamber with all the dead and there wasn't a trail of blood heading out of the cave it probably wasn't even injured. Plus if he's still around whatever it is would be able to survive thousands of years, At Least when bone finds it it’ll be a glorious battle.

We all must see it as soon as you can release it, but ONLY if its quality, also, please refrain from having a character speak the cursed words that causes havoc and mayhem if they're spoken. What words? You may ask? The 4 cursed words that all fools speak at least once in their lives. What Could ## wrong.
Honestly I think I'm most curious to see how pissed off Bone is once he's released. Celestia did kinda stab him in the back... And I can't help but wonder if she tells Twilight the whole story before foisting Bone's statue on her?
