Mute Crescendo [All Original MLP Animatic] - Tragedy/Romance || OVER A YEAR IN THE MAKING! · 4:46pm Feb 28th, 2018

I present a very special original MLP animatic! The night before Hearts N' Hooves, Vinyl finds Octavia crying in her room. Attempting to make her feel better, she discovers some sad facts about her best friend that she can't ignore - or un-know afterwards.

This project started out as a random conversation between PurpleBlackKiwi and myself back in late 2016. We liked it so much that I immediately set to work writing a script and he ventured out into the wilds of Skype to recruit artistic help, since we knew from the start it was going to be a big project. Miss Shellah and CeeHoff joined our team and between the four of us we worked our respective bottoms off, originally planning to have it finished and released by Valentines 2017. That, however, proved impossible due to IRL commitments all round. Fast forward to January 2018 and we were scrambling like highly caffeinated hamsters on a spike-encrusted wheel to put the finishing touches to it by Valentines of this year. Eventually we realised we had to make a choice: release what we had by 14th Feb, even though it wasn't as good as it could be, or wait until it was done and release it after our preferred date. As you can see, we chose the second option. Thus, we present to you the result of our blood, sweat, tears, stress, carpal tunnel, sore throats and eye strain: Mute Crescendo, an all-original full cast animatic featuring over 90 pieces of original artwork! We hope you enjoy it!

Really good art, and I especially like the way you wrote Vinyl. :) Coming from you, I'm shocked it's not actually ScratchTavia, but I like where it ends up.

It's very beautifully written and the art was also good! Y'all did a great job!

Very well done to everyone involved!

I'm so excited to watch this when I get home. You have no idea.

Ow... That ending... right in the feels.

Simply beautiful. Got the waterworks going at the end.

That was awesomely done.

Wow. Just... wow.

Happy engagement, by the way.

Nuuuuuuuuu the feels!
Also I like that one very well done
