So chapter 2 of Sisters of Harmony is finished, and while I do feel like I could tinker around with it a bit more, I will say that it is ready to ship out. Here's the problem: I haven't started chapter 3 and I am very unsure as to what that one will be about. People may call this a bad writing technique, but I like to write the stories as inspiration comes with only some thought to what will happen during it. This is plainly obvious in several chapters of Guardian of Equestria, to those of you who have read it. At times, it helps me make the most heartfelt of scenes since they were genuinely unplanned and allowed more of my own emotions to come through the words, as evidenced by one particularly painful passage in the second chapter. Seriously, I had to edit it and change it so I didn't end up making a fic purely about Mother Sunny (tell me what you guys think, would you be interested in learning more about her?).
The biggest problem with this, besides the occasional plothole, is that sometimes I don't know what to do to start out a chapter. Beginnings, despite being my favorite time of all things(except days, fuck the morning), are hell as hard to make a scene out of, and I greatly take pride in chapter beginnings, since it's what the reader first sees, and I like for them to stick around just as much as the endings do. For chapter 3 of Sisters of Harmony, I'm not quite sure since it could go just about any which way. I could start out with the girls getting their cutiemarks and Spike, I could do some slice of life at the castle, or I could even just... Ya know what? I just got an idea.
Main point, second chapter going up today, tell me what you guys think of Sunny Days, chapter 3 coming out sometime in the future. Also, if someone could just be kind enough to place the story in all of it's relevant groups, that would be fantastic.
