As we head into All Saints Day, a celebration of all who have attained the beatific vision of heaven (hey, I don’t write this stuff, I just crib off Wikipedia), I just wanted to wish all the kids out there the best of candy, full sized chocolate bars, and no peppermints. To help, I offer two seasonal stories of my own, short and long, from special points of view:
City of Monsters - A young bat who lives with her family in the Everfree Forest ventures into the terrifying City of the Monsters, where she finds something more terrifying than anything she has ever seen before: Ponies who look just like her.
Child of Nightmares and Everfree - A Night Guard who lost his wife and child years ago follows a sighting deep into the Everfree Forest with only one pony brave enough to accompany him. But when he finds his daughter, will he be able to bring her home again, or will she remain with the only mother she has ever really known?

4960699 Well, November is NaNoWriMo, so that's out. I am posting my Equestria - 1940 story across November 1-21, so you'll have something to read. I've been productive, after all. It normally picks up in winter because brr I don't want to be out there anyway, but wife has inside the house remodeling she wants done so unknown.
I read "City of Monsters" and it's a brilliant story!
And here is my plug..... I could finally write a horror fic for Nightmare Night again this year and it's starving for attention with its tiny 43 views.
