My Thanksgiving Meal · 12:48am Nov 23rd, 2018
I'm proud that I managed to cook a decent three-course meal this year. Last year, it was just baked cornish game hens because turkeys are too big for me to carry and I doubt that my oven would have fit. Plus, I was living somewhere else at the time.
This year, however, I managed to make a baked garlic grouper as the main course, followed by pumpkin soup and a salted caramel apple pie to top it all off. Oh, and I also made pineapple-cinnamon juice. I wanted to have it spiked, but decided against doing so despite the white wine being ridiculously weak. (I opened it on New Year's Eve 2018, btw).
I feel strangely twitchy after cooking for five hours on my own. Oh, and sorry if it ain't related to ponies.
Oh, and I almost forgot about the fried shrimp cooked in butter and brandy.
Eh that is ok, glad that you have a good Thanksgiving
