Still, I don't want a single person to take over the story with their OCs. If the OC slots aren't filled by the 9th, then I have a backup story in the works focusing on Lisa's childhood, as summarized with a car trip in the winter.

If you wish to submit all of the OCs you submitted in your comment, then I'll choose one at random to use if enough people submit their own OC.
I'm not trying to sound condescending, I just want to make sure people have an equal chance to get their OC in. If you really want to have your characters included within a story of the Pony-Me universe, then send me a PM and we could maybe work out a spinoff story using your characters specifically.
As for now, I'm about 300 words into the backup one-shot.

It's alright. I'm actually quite enjoying writing the backup story at the moment. It's got a nice split-perspective style story with nods to both the main story and established lore,ile at the same time revealing the origins to the Twilight Sparkle from the main story.

His coat turns a darker grey and his hair becomes pure fire. He has a variety of weapons, pyrokinesis and his natural Earth Pony strength, that he uses to his advantage.
EDIT: Also his hair is long and curly. Like as a human, it goes down to his shoulders. Don't know how that translates in pony form.

The OC target was missed by the deadline, but I'll try to work everyone's OCs into a story nonetheless. For now though, I'm focusing on completing the backup chapter I'm writing in the case of this exact situation.
