My Movie Review of Scooby-Doo on Zombie Island (Reconstructed & Re-Analyzed)

This is a completely modified version of my review on “Scooby-Doo on Zombie Island”. Along with presenting a greater sense of reconstruction to correct grammatical errors and all that sort of thing, this also presents a combination of my thoughts on the film both when I initially reviewed and re-analyzed it later the same year.

My Second List of Least Favorite Villains

Following my previous post, I was immediately inspired to go ahead and showcase another ten of my least favorite villains. The biggest reason for why is because I enjoyed creating the last one so much that I couldn’t resist doing it again, and it felt good to get it out of my system as well.

My Status Report (Plus, a Little Bonus at the End) · 8:38pm Jan 20th, 2019

My 125th blog post? Man, I can’t believe my blogging on here has come this far.

Originally, I was planning on using it to show you all my 11th & 12th favorite PMVs, however, I started to find I was ready to post something entirely different today. And it’s this:

I thought that it wouldn’t hurt to give you guys my status in terms of writing.

In regards to my Equestria Girls and Three Stooges crossover “From Repair to Despair”, as I likely said many times, I’m not gonna be giving up on that story. I will definitely say that lately, my brain has been on fire for the story, the wheels in my head turning with newfound ideas and motivation to keep going.

Likewise, I’d like to announce another crossover that I’ve committed myself to. It’s called “How to Catch a Pony (The Coyote Edition)”, a My Little Pony and Looney Tunes crossover.

Here’s the summary:

Tired of always failing to catch Roadrunner and every outcome always ending with pain and an empty stomach, Wile. E Coyote decides to use a device that can take its user to another dimension to find a new source of food. Entering Equestria, he sets his sights on Ponyville to sink his teeth into newly found pony flesh.

Meanwhile, Twilight and the others are setting things up for the Friendship Festival in Canterlot. But the preparations may become the least of their worries when Coyote continuously attempts to have himself pony flesh for dinner.

This...is his edition of how to catch ponies. Or is it?

I came up with the idea after it sort of popped in my head, the idea being “What would happen if Wile E. Coyote arrived in Equestria and tried to catch ponies?”. To boot, I came up with it because of how much of a fan I am of the classic Looney Tunes, my particular favorite characters being Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck, Wile E. Coyote, Roadrunner, Tasmanian Devil, and Yosemite Sam. It takes place before the events of the MLP film, so the Friendship Festival hasn’t been completely set up yet.

As a matter of fact, I’ve been planning on doing some Looney Tunes and MLP crossovers for quite some time. Originally, I planned on doing a crossover where the Tasmanian Devil comes to Equestria, but, I found that things just weren’t working, so I scrapped it.

I’m still wanting to keep my promise on making a story depicting how the Storm King got the Staff of Sacanas. However, it will currently be going through some certain rewrites. There were so many things I wrote that I had originally planned to depict in the story, but in the end, I started to find that they couldn’t be kept. A large instance coming from Scorpan. Originally, I wanted to follow one of Hasbro’s original plans by having him be the keeper of the Staff. However, I started to find him to be too hard to work with, and there’s a series by Catrina37 I’ve been editing for that I decided to follow closely with in terms of canonicity.

I have even found myself planning several kinds of material to work with involving the MLP film, such as what’s been going on during it and what some characters have been up to.

And, I am additionally coming up with several ideas for the Disney Chronicles series by Dinodisneylover1, and planning my own spin-offs of the series, such as the ponies adventuring in “Ferngully: The Last Rainforest”, “Anastasia”, and “Hook”. Other ideas include having the Equestria Girls adventure in stories such as “Megamind” and the “Night at the Museum” series.

To tyrannosaurianrex9: I’m still planning on committing myself to editing Jack Patrick: The Secret World of Mesozoica. However, I will say that the next chapter will unfortunately be one that’s going to be edited for more than just mere spelling problems. I’ve been looking at the chapter on Google Drive, and, I’m afraid it’s going to be undergoing some slight reworking by Yours Truly, mostly to help everything feel more natural, such as the dialogue and character interactions, as well as give things a little more depth. So, it’ll take a while to give the chapter a kick out into the open.

On the topic of editing, there are a couple of other stories that I’m editing for. I won’t be giving away the names of them just yet, but, I’m wanting to commit myself to those two stories as well. I have also been given some work on editing a couple of original stories made by my good friend, Catrina37, although I sadly haven’t gotten started on any of them due to how busy things have been for me in and out of writing, such as doing new artworks and working at a paper-recycling factory.

Along with that, the wheels in my head have been turning constantly for other things. I’ve found myself itching to write fanfics outside of MLP, such as doing ones for the 2012-2017 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Samurai Jack, and most of all, a crossover of The Lion King and Land Before Time, each of which I’ll be posting on Fanfiction.net because I’m a member of that site too. I haven’t gotten started on any of them yet, but, I’ve made up my mind to revisit the movies and shows I mentioned to gain inspiration and make sure I have the character personalities intact.

With so much work to do, it’s become awfully hard to commit myself to merely one thing at a time, especially when my A.D.D tends to carry me to so many things at once and does not let me focus on one thing at a time.

So, as you can see, this is my status on writing and editing.

To change the subject, I thought I’d show you all another really awesome picture I found to celebrate the fact I’ve reached my 125th blog post.

This was another picture I have found of Rarity wearing this very dress, which I also think has been even better than the original picture I found of her wearing it.

What do you all think?

Being busy isn't a bad thing, but you need to take care of yourself first. Pace yourself:derpytongue2:

If you want to watch a new tv show to relieve yourself, try Attack on Titan.

I can definitely relate to the busy schedule part, I have way too much to do. And I, too, have trouble focusing on just one thing at a time, I like to work on multiple projects at once, usually.

Also, I like the picture! :raritystarry:

I’d love that very much.

I know what I want to do with the beginning, and other certain parts. However, I have a feeling it’s going to take more than one head for the parts where Wile E. Coyote hunts for the ponies and the gags involving them.

And don’t worry, you can send me ideas through your own email.
