Spent today getting ready for a meeting with my job coach. Cause I want to find a job, but the job search ever continues. That got cancelled due to the awful weather the Midwest is having. Everything's closed for like two days due to the conditions and you don't want to be outside for more than five minutes if that before you get frostbite or something. I didn't cancel our meeting- they did cause damn the weather is being a right annoying lady right now.
So for the next week (and most definitely for the next two days) I can write all I want to try and finish the chapter. I won't most likely but I finally got done with the first half of Shining and Twilight talking. Don't know if I did well, but it's been quite a while for actual Shining Armor in any of my stories. And I usually make him a comedic character at points. I think it might take me getting used to how I see him cause I know Cadance super well in my head or at least how I like writing her. Shining Armor's harder to pin down since he's so normal.
But yeah more writing is always good.
Cause I don't have anything much better to do besides clean when the outside temperature is without wind chill about -20 F (-28.8 C)
With wind chill it's supposed to be like -40 F (-40 C)
Note: I put values into a Fahrenheit converter to get Celsius cause I never use it.
So I hope being on Hoth will not suck for the next few days cause I don't want to be in this polar vortex. But yeah it sure is nice that it's literally colder here than in Antarctica right now.
Job coach sounds unusual, dont think we got them in NZ.
Meanwhile, enjoy writing while you can.
That is amazing. I would totally be up for seeing freezing cold like that, although I'm sorta a polar bear, I like it colder.
New Zealand is having an epic heat wave at the moment and my electric car's battery is substantially hotter than it usually is while I'm trying not to melt in the heat while editing at home with a fan on.

Maybe it's an American thing lol or a dialect difference cause I mean the person I've been working with due to my disability. Hard to see all my friends get jobs out the gate and here I am trying to get one. Well at least I have other things to do, but it's a bit of a bummer.
I'd rather have a New Zealand summer cause even though I can do the heat, the lowest temperature in my state with windchill included was about 15 degrees colder than even the weather expected. It's actually dangerous to go outside for more than five minutes even with heavy coats cause stuff quickly freezes.
Heat waves suck but I'd rather have those.
