Regarding Sunset Shimmer Hunts the Undead:
-After six months of almost unbroken biweekly or weekly updates, my steam is low and my "cushion" of written chapters is gone. We will also be moving into more consistent "main plot" chapters soon, which tend to take longer to write. Also I'm now writing for an IRL D&D/horror game. While this is not a "gonna take a few months off mkay bye" post, the update schedule will probably slow.
-The fic has been much more low-impact slice of life than the prequel, with character development and spotlight more spread around. If this isn't as much your jam, thank you for sticking with it and I hope to continue to entertain. We are coming up on more intense, plot-heavy multi-parters soon.
...Just not next chapter.
-The beginning of the more dramatic segments will represent roughly the final third of the fic. I miiiiiight do reader-submitted bonus chapters after, will talk more if that comes true.
I actually kinda prefer the slice of life chapters and getting to know the characters and see them deal with their lives
I like the slice-of-life stuff. Not everything has to be world-shattering.
Also, I see Fluttershy's enjoying some time off in her were-form.
I enjoy the slice of life stuff.
Dude.
If Monster hunters vs. Nazi Robot Warriors, with Celestia/Sunset character development, wasn't "Intense" or "Dramatic," I look forward to finding out what is, no matter how long it'll take to write.
