I'M STILL WRITING!!! Now that I've put that out there I owe everyone an explanation · 5:57am May 6th, 2019
The reason why the next two part chapters of From The Stars and The Underground are not out yet.
To make a long story short, back in Febuary the word document that held my draft for the next two chapters was corrupted and I couldn't recover their contents.
What my plans are now.
It's been really daunting trying to write when over 15,000 words of your work has been lost and school constantly gets tougher as the semester drags on. So instead of writing the whole 2 parts like I had planned I want to try and just get the first part written and published. I am really sorry for not keeping my promise to have something back in February. I promised myself that I would keep writing and update more frequently this year but that data corruption really threw me through a loop and stunted my drive to write.
Going forward, I'm keeping backups of all my work. I recently got into Dungeons and Dragons, the T.V shows I watch constantly get better, and some of my English classes have opened me up to a few new ideas on storytelling. My imagination is on fire from all of these things and its given me the drive to write again.
Lastly should I update my story with this blog? I'm pretty the majority of people who read my material don't follow me, so should I publish this as a chapter to keep people updated then delete it when the new chapter is done?
I'd recommend it.
