The Virtual World (Yugioh E-Quest) · 2:55pm Aug 4th, 2019
The reason I added it is simple enough... (A pity some people didn't know how to read properly)
SPOILER ALERT
One: There are 30 duelists remaining in the tournament, and only 8 can go to the finals. This virtual simulator is designed to weed out more duelists and even things out a bit. Remember, they might pick up a Fake Point Card that could take all their duel points away, and automatically disqualify them before they even have a chance to duel.
Two: It's a test of skill and intelligence, to see who really has what it takes. The Prince Brothers are especially doing this to test out Sunset's skills. Remember, they're using her for their hidden project. (She obviously is some kind of SPECIAL one who has THE POWER to give them something they want, but first she needs to unlock it)
Three: It adds a little spice to the tournament. Past two rounds were okay, but they've run out of pep (Just being randomly selected opponents, and going to certain places to have a simple duel) Now it's become more hazardous and requires you to be extra cautious, and even if you win your duels, it may be all for naught anyway. (You can still lose all your points from a bad Point Card, or you may not have enough to make it anyway)
Four: (This may be personal but...) Masquerade needs to show off more of his mad gaming skills-- Leaping over pits, dodging obstacles, reaching high places, ect, ect...
"I've done a lot of Q&A testing for different video game companies in the past. Very few things can sneak up on me."
He's not just a pro-duelist, anything that's a game is right up his alley... or have you forgotten when the gang first met him back at the arcade? He slaughtered Rainbow Dash at everything.
They're lucky I haven't shown him at a pool table. Not only would he be a pool shark, but... he'd pull off an extreme stunt.
"Screwball, the corner pocket."
Sends the ball flying off the table, in a series of rolling and bouncing off obstacles, finally CLUNKING one of the girls int he head hard, and dropping in the hole perfectly.
(He's not a villain, he's just a jerk... every Yugioh series has one.) And just because he's a jerk DOES NOT make him less of a tough guy.
Five: ESCAPE ROOM GAMES: I love those kinds of games, and I've been wanting the duelists to try them, but I'd rather use a virtual sim so they don't get physically hurt, and as was mentioned before, puts their skills as gamers to the real test!
Still, there's one other thing you should know, even once we get to the Finals, then the fic is only HALF WAY DONE...
...After that, the REAL fight begins (That Dark Realm, and the Prince brothers, and much more is on the stake than ever) and much of the remainder of the fic will be spent there.
And one final thing.
The only reason Rainbow Dash beat all those challengers is because they were inept players-- weaklings.
This card is wrong, it doesn't work that way. (Nothing further)
That's criticism, but I'll only accept it if I AGREE with it and there are no hostilities (Name calling, rudeness, ect, ect)
You're a retarded player, and a pathetic athlete, who doesn't do their research, and you should be thrown in the streets where you belong. You want praise Do something good, or people have every right to harsh on you.
That's NOT criticism. That's just being a dick, and I refuse to listen to people who do THAT especially.
