FIM Finale and Scared of FIMFiction's Future

So yeah...My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic has come to an end...

I gotta say the finale made me feel really great, seeing how everypony is doing after the defeat of Chrysalis, Tirek, and Cozy Glow (Who all got turned into stone and have to spend the next thousand years together ) it just brings a warm feeling to my heart but something worries me...now that the show is over...what's gonna happen to FiMFiction?

Are we just going to continue the fics on this site, or is the site gonna shut down years later now that the show is over? I know that now the show is over, some people might leave the site all together considering now there's no point in continuing making fiction stories about a show that's over.

Now three possible outcomes would probably happen to this site.

1. The site would shut down after years have gone by (since ya know the show's finale was just released yesterday)

2. The site would stay up but it will slowly die out as fans think there's no point in making stories or reading them anymore till there's like only a
few members left and the creator has no choice but to shut it down.

3. The site stays up and G5 would make changes to the site...and the G4 stories would just be a thing of the past...forgotten.

All of these outcomes scare me...this site is amazing and I'm hoping it would stay up till the end of time...the stories this place holds are just too good to be forgotten...and it would be a shame when all of a sudden..."Poof"....FiMFiction would be gone....

All of the stories we made would just be gone...completely gone...all of our hard work just blown away with the wind...just sitting in our memories till we forget all about them...I don't want that to happen...but in the case of this, it might just be inevitable...

I know you guys think it's ridiculous that I'm talking about it like this...but I'm just frightened on what the future may hold of FiMFiction.net now that MLP: FiM is over...

I guess only time will tell...😟

We all are scared but is nothing to be a shame of. you care for this site along with countless others, with people like you, me and more, FimFiction will endure, The Brony Community will endure this trying time, we always had we always will, it will be slow this time around but died out. Ha! As long there is music, art, animation and story to do not to mention G5 is in the horizon. We ain't going nowhere my friend.

Just because the show is concluded doesn't mean that it is over here. To the contrary, I think it's still got a good thing going and there is still more to come; after all we still have the movie pitched and scheduled for mid 2020. Not to mention there are still thousands that still have stories to tell.

I really hope this site stays up it's fun to write and cut loose at times besides where else can we have ideas that show just how badass characters can be inside the canon universe at times that the show doesn't show or even non canon stuff that would be plausible
