Anonfilly, contest update 2~ · 1:11am Feb 11th, 2020
Hello everypony!
There's only two weeks left to the contest! Halfway there! I want to congratulate the three people so far who summited an entry. You're true heroes! Even if Anonfilly herself probably wouldn't care! For the rest of you, well, keep writing! You're still heroes for trying!
In this short update, I will discuss what makes an anonfilly good! This totally arbitrary, totally subjective list of things is there merely for your entertainment, because as I said last time, the readers are the judges, not me!
#3: Cute
Anonfilly stories must have cute stuff happening in them? Why cute? Because everyone likes cute things. Like kittos and puppers. And the more elusive kipper. Of course, cute alone is not enough to make story. There needs drama, a plot, or at least some shenanigans. Don't worry, even if your story has no cuteness whatsoever, it still has Anonfilly in it, so it counts.
#2: Fun
Nobody would read a story if it wasn't fun! Unfortunately, fun is 100% subjective, so there is no guideline for what is fun. But if you enjoy writing your story, then at least one person had had fun, even if you wrote the most boring story ever. So even if you don't win, you're a winner in your heart. And mine. Positivity go~
# 1: Anonfilly
Well, duh. Your story could be cute and fun, but if there's no Anonfilly in it, then it's just a nice story! Also it's technically the only requirement for the story to be a valid entry, so it would kinda miss the point if the green bundle of joy(?) wasn't there. Unless she's there in a disguise.
And that is all! Good luck, and stay fresh!
