It's been a long and patient climb. But for reaching that milestone, a slight change in plans and yet another question to readers:
As a thank-you to readers, both old and new, I will release a new chapter on the main story this month along with Firefly. It'll be third on my to-do list after finishing off the first Temptations and Transformations story arc, which I just released the 6th chapter of today (with 2 to go?), and redoing the opening section of the last chapter as I said yesterday. The new chapter will contain one main sex scene, and I'll give readers the choice of which to write:
- Shadowdash x Night Owl
- The taking and transformation of Peregrine Pacil.
- Other (say in the comments)

Well earned. To be candid, I'm suprised that it took so long. For some reason it takes time for well-written stories to gain likes.
I vote for third option- Derpy and Vinyl and Mayor Mare are bound to happen so I propose Pie sisters and their parents. Want to Pinkamena in action. Especially on Maud. Can't believed she's been caught.

Particularly mine, it would seem.
The only story I ever wrote that took off immediately was Unleash the Magic: Midnight Rising, notching 100 likes in the first four days. For the rest, I had to earn my likes gradually, grinding them out chapter by chapter. I'm sure it's going to be that way for the side story as well.
Those three will happen in the side story if you're not already following it.
But I tell you what--since you've been good about commenting and the only reader aside from AJA (who prereads) to respond to this so far? You got it! I'll do it. If you like, you can even preread since I'm one short one of my regular prereaders right now. Interested?
I vote for the transformation of Peregrine. I'm also glad to see the story reached 250 upvotes it certainly deserves more.

I am following. And must say, Owlia and Certified Mail's romance is actually kind of sweet. And the sex dialogue is a little cheesy. But I like Fondue very much.

You know, Fondue would be a good name for a pony character! I'll have to use that at some point. I'm glad you're following, though. Since I didn't see you comment, I wasn't sure. Comments, sadly, have been very hard to come by on the side story thus far.

Thank you! Looks like I'll need to do both the Peregrine scene and the requested Pinkie + sisters one, then. But this weekend will be spent finishing off the last side story chapter before that goes on hiatus for a bit, and then redoing the first section of the last main story chapter you flagged as having issues.
