I am Very Rough on My Fingers (gore warning)

At this exact moment in time, I have three different fingers I've damaged. My left ring finger is about 12 hours from having the nail finally fall off after I smashed it while shoveling last week. My right little finger has a large flap of skin torn off from beside the nail where I... smashed it while shoveling yesterday. And lastly, I put a hole in my thumb! Like, right through the nail. I wasn't shoveling for that one. Instead I managed to miss an off-hand hammer swing and catch the end of a hardened steel wire. Hooray for variety?

Okay... I might have a bit of a dark sense of humor and a rather callous approach to mortality².
