Accelerating Chapter Updates · 3:25pm Oct 27th, 2020
So, Covid has left me with a lot more writing time than I'm used to and, as a result, I've now found myself with a SIX CHAPTER buffer for Ashes. It's a buffer that's only likely to grow with time, and it's getting kind of ridiculous.
As a result, starting in November, Ashes will be getting chapter updates on the 10th, 20th, and 30th of the month until further notice.
If the buffer keeps growing after that, we'll see about weekly updates, but that feels like pushing it, honestly.
Maybe, at this rate, I'll even have Ashes wrapped up before people are put back on the moon. But not likely :P
Oh my goodness, I almost forgot entirely about this story! Well, now is a good time as any to start, am I right? :D
P.S. : Jesus man, don't burn yourself out! At this rate, you'll finish the story in a few months... Not that that is a bad thing, but still, take care of yourself too. I found, from my experiences of thevlast lockdown, that the first thing to go when you're stuck at home is your habits, especially the sports one. Once they go flying off the window, everything gets waaayyy worse: you can't concentrate anymore, you don't want to do anything and, in some cases, depression sets in. It's not a good time, O can assure you.
Long story short, take care of yourself, stay safe (and your family also!), and yay more story! Have a nice day. ^^

Funnily enough, I haven't been directly impacted by the pandemic yet. My schedule's mostly still the same; work is just...quieter. Leaving me with more time to open up google docs and...write.
Besides, it's getting colder out and I've always been an introverted homebody anyway :P
Hope you enjoy the story!
