I don't even know... · 5:34pm Dec 7th, 2020

So, about all this supposed racism and white supremacy within the fandom...

It seems that all this nonsense is focused around the negative reaction to blm imagery on derpibooru, which I find interesting and odd at the same time.

I think it's rather odd, that people don't seem to understand that you don't have to be a white supremacist to dislike blm or blacks in general. In fact, you don't even need to be white. There are many people in our world who don't like blacks, people of all different backgrounds and ethnicities. I don't know if it's just wishful thinking on the part of blacks that only evil whites hate them and want them gone or it's just they're incapable of perceiving reality as all other people do, delusional in other words. In my opinion it's a combination of the two.

Well, I've said it before and I'll say it again. Blacks, non-straights and liberals aren't the majority. They're overestimating their support and approval ratings while underestimating the opposition and the number of people who are getting tired of their butting-in on every single topic and issue. Just look at the reaction to their kind of imagery on derpibooru for an example. While many of the staff and a number of users do indeed support the left and their way of thinking, the numbers show that there is still a good amount of those who lean to the right. Look at the recent election results, assuming there accurate, the left didn't get the landslide victory they were expecting, showing that they aren't nearly as popular with the average person as they thought and still do think most likely.

As for blm and their allies, after the rioting, looting and calls to de-fund the police, many of the other races are getting tired and fed up with their misbehavior. Blm is in fact changing our society, but they may not like the future they're creating for themselves. There are odd discussions being had and unusual ideas being put forth. The idea, that the other races, Hispanics, Asians and whites, should unite against their common enemy or the common threat, has been circulated in certain parts of the internet. Now, that's something I find very interesting. This idea has been brought up within both racist and non-racist discussions. Racists see a common enemy and a threat to their respective peoples, while non-racists see double-standards and a threat to social stability.

Hmmm... just some observations. Interesting times, well not really, we're living in. Personally, I don't really care about most of this because one, I don't have to, and two, this isn't the way I'd do things.
