I've read that one already, where'd you think I got the idea?
Oddly enough, the Transformers crossover comic actually provided some insight to that. It showed there were still a fair number of changelings completely loyal to Chrysalis, and even some large hybrids that were like a fusion between a changeling, a cragodile, and a dragon, and VERY large.
