So, had a thought. Since Changelings can be anything they want, just about, does that technically make them all genderfluid? I'm not sure how it works, so, please correct me if I sound like a dumbass.

Well, they can disguise themselves as anything, including the gender, but that doesn’t change what gender the changelings personality think themselves to be. The best example I could given is Thorax disguising himself as Starlight in To Where and Back Again, as he still identifies as male.
