It's good... or at least I think so and I hope any of you out there that have taken the time to watch the new movie premiere think so too.
I could go on at length about everything I loved about it so far, from the characters, too the themes, to all the little environmental details that make the world truly feel like something for an equid race. The scope and scale might not be as grand or epic as G4 sometimes felt, I mean, for all appearances there only seem to be the three towns all within easy walking distance of each other, and there are no ancient gods or monsters to fight, not yet at least, but none of that is as important as the core message.
Friendship is STILL magic, and just like the ponies all came together to bring their own magic back, so can we.
Peace out everyone, if you haven't already, go give the new generation a chance, and if you can, try to find a friend to watch it with.
