So about that Sunset's Isekai Day of the Dead chapter... · 5:59pm Nov 2nd, 2021
...there was some confusion about the other guests, so here's a rundown of who was there while Lady Micte was drinking and thinking. I've added the list in the chapter notes, but here's the rundown so you don't have to go back and hunt it down:
So, guest stars at the Isekai:
Goddesses of Death (each on their own table): Micte (Maya and the Three) and Kuro (Restaurant to Another World)
At the bar: Beerus and Champa (DBS), with Holo (Wolf and Spice) watching (amused) at their antics.
Gods of War Table: Kratos (God of War), Huitzilopochtli (Aztec Deity), Sekhmet (Egypt), The Morrigan (Irish)
Conversation about redemption: Charlie Magne (Hazbin) and Rory Mercury (Gate)
Goddesses talking about warriors fighting gods: Belldandy, Skuld and Urd (Ah! Megamisama/Nordic) talking with Saori Kido (Aka Athena from Saint Seiya).
Thanks for the rundown. I was convinced that the goddess talking with the Norns was Palutena.
5603095 I should have put more effort into describing the Staff of Nike
and what of whatever other langaues were being used? What all were they saying?
Holo must think she's in heaven at the Isekai
I thought I saw the Ah! My Goddess crowd, but I wasn't sure.
Thank you very much for this. :)

I just noticed Belldandy Urd and Skuld, lady Pallas Athena went above my head.

It was very obvious, but I refer to my above answer.
Kuro Sama was there? I assume this happened in day different than the Day of Satur, yes?
Honestly, I could feel lord Huitzilopochtli, and recognized the White and Red Kratosness, but I thought it was Bast instead of Sekmeth and the Morrigan flew past me...
What in the 777 hells is a "Rory Mercury"?
I got Belldandy and co., but not the others. Ty.

Gate - Thus the JSDF Fought There!
Rory Mercury
She's a demigoddess and an apostle of Emroy, the god of darkness, war, violence and death in her world but firmly allied with the good guys. Emroy doesn't go for mindless slaughter of the innocent but firmly supports the flat out annihilation of evil people, with Rory serving as a gateway into the afterlife. Which also has the unexpected side effect of being extremely arousing for her.
The show was fairly enjoyable, but gets a bit stale after a while. The JDSF is exploring another world, a dnd style one, but all of their modern tech turns almost every fight into a curb stomp. So fun if you enjoy the genre, but bland and unoriginal if you don't.

Cute...

Gotta give it some credit for probably being the only isekai that didn't dump just one person or small group into another world, but instead has an entire country suddenly getting a doorway into one, though.
But yea, after you see them blow up a dragon with C4, there's not much else to say. I was sort-of looking forward to the foreshadowed portal shutdown trapping people there, but the anime never got to that.
