Update: The Alicorn Warrior and the state of iAmSiNnEr · 7:06am Nov 30th, 2021
Hey everyone, it's your friendly neighbourhood sinner here.
As you all probably know by now, Act One of The Alicorn Warrior has come to a close. In total, there are three Acts before the final curtain call. The first was labelled "Finding Twilight" in my plans, and the second is called "Return to Equestria". Appropriately, I have updated the long description for the story, adding a second paragraph to usher in Act Two. As an added bonus, I shall tell you of Act Three's name; "Regaining Equestria".
It's been a long journey, has it not? I apologize for all the hiccups and delays along the way, life doesn't always give me time or ideas to write. I do hope we can keep continuing like this! The Alicorn Warrior is my biggest project and my first story on the site which led me to my initial recognition in the community. I promise right here, that Complete button will be clicked one day. Seeing as I took a year and a half to finish the first Act, the next two might take a while too.
Although, it may be longer than expected. My final exams are looming upon me, arriving in six months. It's actually the second most important exam of my life in Singapore. I'll keep slogging away at the story whenever I have some free time, so don't worry about it not being updated. I understand the pain of seeing an eternal "incomplete" or "hiatus", I've experienced it too. No matter what, I promise that I shall finish "The Alicorn Warrior", "For Whom the Twilight Falls" and an upcoming roleswap story. (Hint: It's a story focussing on Cadance and Twilight, and a lil' shipping~)
However, this means that I do, sadly, have to cancel "Twilight's Eclipse" and "Memoirs of a Teacher." The ideas have not come to fruition, and I don't really feel like continuing those stories. Who knows? Maybe in the future? Although, I will be leaving them on "Hiatus" still, for I have written plans, just not the time not enthusiasm to write them out.
Thank you for being part of the iAmSiNnEr family. I appreciate every single one of you, all four hundred and nineteen of you. When I first started out on this journey, I never expected to grow this big. I know it may be a little presumptuous to think of, but that magical five hundred number just seems...over the horizon. I most likely won't hit it...but it'd be amazing if I do.
