Happy Holidays ponies and friends!
The year is almost over--still I find myself amazed that I'm writing these stories after so long. But it's a good kind of amazement, the kind where I reflect with tremendous gratitude that I'm here. Many of you know that I'm only still able to write these stories thanks to your support, and you've poured it out richly this year. I hope I can continue to reward you with awesome stories going forward.
Let's get right in. The biggest piece of news for this month is that Forbidden Places is ending. After beginning in january of this year, I've thought of this adventure as my 2021 adventure. Awesome that we got to enjoy it as long as we did, but we have finally reached the end.
I'll stay mum on what's coming for those two big slots next month. I do have to make some changes next year, but there's no sense stressing over them now. I know I'm nervous. I spoke at the beginning of this year how I was transitioning to writing full time, which I have done. I spoke about the books I hoped to write and what I would do with that year.
I'll give an accounting of these goals in January.
In the meantime, We also have the ending of another story, Together We. That one was a blast, I have a soft spot for pixies. Maybe one day I'll try to get those published somehow...
Things are going to look very different next month, as you'll see. Probably much won't change in the "monthly stories" front, though Return to Sender is just about finished. A sequel to Message written over multiple years. I look forward to seeing its publication of fimfiction at last.
