Opening Writing Commissions (Again!)

Edit: Updated pricing to reflect how much effort goes into my work, from £15 to £20

Hello! Recently, due to upcoming plans and a mix of events I have decided to reopen writing commissions! I'm not desperate or in dire straits right now, but thought it would be best to do something to supplement my income.

Please check down below for all the information, but in brief I am open to writing short stories for £15 per 1000 words. You can either message me here, through my Twitter or email me at [e-mail]. If you know me on Discord you can also ask there. Please try to include an outline, genre, and target word count for your commission. I work on a first come first serve basis.

Pricing

I will charge £20 per 1000 words, up to a maximum of 5000 words. All payments are made through paypal invoice.

This is a minimum target word count, so I may end up writing more, but you will only be charged for the minimum agreed.

I will charge half up front, and upon payment I will start work on your commission within 48 hours. You may cancel and get a refund for any reason (or none at all!) within those 48 hours.

Upon completion I will present the finished story and charge the remaining half of the agreed price. Substantial edits after this may result in further charges.

What I will write

I am open to almost any ideas presented to me, but I may refuse some depending on content and such. I am largely experienced with writing MLP fanfic as of late but if you want something for another fandom or something original, I'm willing to hear you out!

Things I will almost always be okay writing are: fluff, slice of life, drama, romance, and action.

Things I will consider include: NSFW/smut, horror, gory stories

Things I will not consider: outright bigoted/hateful content, NSFW featuring underage characters, non-consensual smut.

If you are unsure, you can always ask. If I am not comfortable with the idea we can discuss changes to it, and worst comes to worst I can politely refuse it.

General Process

Please message me here on FIMFiction, through my Twitter, or send a email to [e-mail] if you want to commission me. If you know me on Discord you can also drop me a message there. I will try to get back to you as soon as possible, though keep in mind I work on a first come first serve basis.

When you do message me, please try to include an outline of your idea, genre, and a target word count. The more information you can give me, the better.

I will always try to keep you up to date with progress as I work through your commission, including giving you a rough idea of how far I am through a story, and whether I am on a first or second draft and so on. Expect a commission to take two weeks minimum, and I will advise you if it may take longer.

Once the story is complete, I will send you a google docs link for any comments/suggestions that I can make quickly and easily. I can also send you a copy of the story in most formats that you prefer including docx, pdf, txt and epub files.

I reserve the right to publish your commissions on whatever sites I want, and to make it clear it was a commission. You may, however, choose to remain anonymous.
