Alpha’s Easter Suprise · 3:40am Apr 17th, 2022
*Early in the morning, At Fluttershy’s cottage, Apex Alpha (an Earth Pony who is also Fluttershy’s Special Somepony) is repairing the fence.*
That should be good, now I just have to put on the paint.
*As he reaches for the paint brush he notices a brightly colored egg.*
Huh? That wasn’t here before…
*As he studies the egg he notices several leading to the back of the shed.*
Hmm… this could be a trick by Discord…
*Alpha gets the idea to approach the shed in the opposite side of the egg path and jumps out.*

I-I’m so sorry for being so sneaky, Alphie, I just wanted to surprise you with a hug!
*Alpha says nothing and looks at Fluttershy looking so gosh darn adorable. he clenches his heart and nearly collapses on the ground.*

I… I see… you really hid eggs all over Ponyville?
Well almost, I very nearly ran out of eggs so I came back for more, that’s when I saw you fixing the fence. Which is so sweet of you!
Well, as a Stallion, it wouldn’t be right to not help out around the house. Especially after you let me stay here rent free.

*Fluttershy uses her fake ears to hide her face, which did nothing to help Alpha’s heart.*

*Before Alpha could question it the egg grows to gargantuan size. The egg then cracks open and some large Avian abomination gobbles up Alpha.*
*Gasp* Alphie!!!
*Sniff Sniff* they grow up so fast…

*The Bird monster’s mouth slowly lifts open, revealing Alpha holding it open*

*The Bird closes its mouth and starts fluttering away.*
Oh dear…
Looks like this Easter Blog… *puts on sunglasses* just went south!
*Discord holds up an egg, which hatches to reveal a smaller Discord with bunny ears*

I had a sudden urge to do a mini story involving Fluttershy in a bunny outfit and I fell in love with the picture.
