I have been intrigued on this group I found called the Canterlotverse an alternate take on MLP FIM that has Twilight Sparkle and her five Canterlot friends (Moondancer, Minuette, Twinkleshine, Lemon Hearts and Lyra Heartstrings) become the bearers of the Elements of Harmony based on an episode from season five titled ‘Amending Fences’ that showed Twilight reconnecting her old friends from school. I was very fascinated by this universe that was made by Skyeheart after he published the first story ‘Friendship was Always There’, and it was way better than the MLP series we already watched, but for the past years no one has decided to make other stories or continue the universe save for one by the author Furious Thestral who published a sequel where Twilight hosts a sleepover party with her friends so she can know them better to avoid a disaster on not knowing what they are.
Now that the tv show is over, I hope we can finally do this alternate take on the series by having the Canterlot Six go on adventures and protect their home and friends from threats and solve problems.
I am putting up this blog post so I may encourage others that whoever finds this universe by Skyeheart to be intriguing and amazing, and hopefully they can join at the Canterlotverse group and write stories to help extend this universe. I would be very happy if you do it, I plan on doing a story here myself . So please think about it if you can.
And if you like you could do some artwork on Deviantart or tumblr. As long as it’s appropriate.
