Subjects are wanted in connection for various crimes as listed:

(1) Aggressive Loitering
(2) Deliberately Causing Line Delays at Markets by Slowly Writing Checks for Small Amounts (less than One Bit); Counting and Recounting Change, Getting in Lines Clearly Marked "10 Items or Less" with 11 Items or More, etc.
(3) Insolent Jaywalking
(4) Loudly and Repeatedly Referring to Her Majesty Princess Celestia's Hindquarters as "fat."
(5) Getting Their Hooves on the Newest Daring Do Novels, then Loudly Spoiling the Endings in Public ( This last complaint comes specifically from one R. Dash )
(6) Constantly Writing Letters of Complaint to one Princess T. Sparkle, with (Possible) Deliberate Misuse of Homonyms "you're" and "your," "there" "they're" and "thier," (sic) as well as "too" and "to." ( We are still investigating this final complaint, and are not convinced such is being done through deliberate Malice or simple Ignorance. Her Majesty Princess Sparkle insists the cause to be irrelevant, as in either case, she is experiencing increased mental stress and DEMANDS they stop. )
