So, I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but I'm going to get a divorce. Caught my wife having done certain things on her electronic devices and among other things she's done in the past. She's trying to make my life hell while I'm deployed. It's ruining my concentration sadly, so updates will be slow. I'm a bit mad that it's almost two months since I last updated my stories.
I will try my best to update them. I'm also having issues posting photos. No matter how hard I try to copy and paste URLs, it says "Invalid Image". Can someone PM a direct "How to post images." tutorial? I'm going to contact my old commission artist and try and get others to commission my art.
I'm also going to post the first 5 remake chapters soon after I can get the new cover art done.
Edit: I mean Battle of the Blanks Remake chapters. I'm thinking of deleting the old ones. I have the old story saved though.

No, I wish it hadn't happened, but she knows better and just wants me to take care of her. I'm not a caretaker, my previous wife did the same with me. I didn't learn though....oh well.

And I know an artist who recently started doing commissions again, and has been doing quite a bit of coverart for various fics and content creators in the pony fandom, who has an open commission slot. Can link his DA if you're interested.
It's always rough to hear about stuff like that. Take all the time you need to sort out your life, we understand.
Might I make a suggestion about the rewrite? Revert BotB to the way it originally was, and amend the title and description to reflect that it's being rewritten, then post the rewrite as a new story. Hopefully, the changes will be substantial enough to not violate ToS.

They just don't work. I think it has to do with the URLs the image hosting sites use. It's strange. It's like I have to delete or modify it somehow. Would you mind If I send you a generic image with a hosting link so you can test it? I'm wondering if it's my browser. I can sent it in a PM.

Sadly, I'm not sure if the changes are enough. The premise is still there. Brony goes to Equestria, fights zombie ponies, has the pony version of Liara and Ashley fight over him (cuz Mass Effect style story, why not?), and saves the little girl (Apple Bloom).
The biggest changes are it's a more serious tone, Konrad's intro is different, and the voice in his head is less schizo-like. He still swears but it's going to be a bit...more understandable and toned down? I still will throw comedy elements into it here and there when appropriate. Also, the end scenes of Rainbow Dash and Celestia being stupid will be altered a bit. I made Rainbow Dash a bit TOO much of a bitch.
I want Konrad and Rainbow Dash to have a rivalry and settle a score but I think I went too far with it. Also in Family of the Blanks, I hope to elaborate more on how the curse came about and how Konrad's arrival before Ruby's murder changes history.

Those changes sound fairly substantial to me. Maybe you could take the first couple chapters and ask a mod? I do think I would like to see side-by-side the changes made, and it would be nice to be able to stay on-site.
