Sakura had to leave her 220 member strong Tribe do to overpopulation. The Tribe elders selected 30 Albino and other minoritys of the Tribe they wanted removed. Officialy of course they are the less skilled and Talented and their stand the lowest so they are the logical chose to been send out into the world to explore it, find new knowledge and teaching to help the Tribe and return in 10-20 years with their knowledge and skills.
