Sunburst never talked about his family, and Starlight never asked, but when she sees a letter from his father her curiosity was peaked—especially when it's confirmed that he was coming over for a visit, something that Sunburst is less than enthusiastic about.

But the million-bit question is why, after all this time, is he suddenly concerned about his son's welfare? Is it because of simple fatherly concern, or does Sunspot have something more devious in mind?

Either way, he's about to put Starlight and Sunburst to the test, let's see how much of his meddling can these two handle.

When Starlight meets Sunburst for a date at an amusement park in Las Pegasus, it makes for a day of fun and romance. What they don't know: Trixie and Maud are are in Las Pegasus as well to play secret matchmakers for plenty of awkward and warming moments. Will Starlight get her first kiss from Sunburst?

Starlight isn't a child person. But Sunburst is.

She was not good enough for him.

That was the thought that stabbed through her mind as she watched Sunburst play with Flurry Heart, gently playing with the toddler in front of him, seeming enamored by him as they together danced around the Hearths Warming tree, the younger filly leading her husband around and pointing at the ornaments she put up.

Starlight was never like that with young kids.

Or what it means to be a parent.

Starlight has entrusted setting up the tree for a Hearth's Warming party at the school of friendship. The fact that he's taken an hour and only has half an hour left, is worrying. But Sunburst has a surprise for her.
