This is a story about Octavius (rule 63 Octavia) and Vinyl Scratch, and how she'll try to change his life. They'll meet many different people, and they'll learn and grow. And maybe Octavius can learn how to be human.

After being together for nearly three years since the Christmas party, Octavius and Vinyl's life couldn't be too much better. Octavius has a steady job performing, Vinyl gets booked fairly frequently for big events, and they saved up enough money to move out of Dash's place and get their own house. Life's really looking up for the once down on his luck cellist.
Then their three year anniversary rolls around. And at another Christmas party, Octavius' life will once again be changed, for better or for worse.

Needless to say, this is not one of those stories. No, this is a simple story. A simple story about two young humans falling in love.

Taylor, a simple man who works part-time, and Fluttershy, a simple woman who, with her friends, recently moved into town. Together they will learn that which all star destined lovers learn; what it means to finally, truly, and honestly, open one's heart to another.

Author's Note: This was written as a commission for an old friend many moons ago, in which commission they asked that I ship a mutual friend of ours with their favorite pony, Fluttershy. They wanted it simple, clean, and human. So, therefore, I present to you a relic of the past, written prior to season 2.

When you think about My Little Pony characters coming to Earth, most people would think that they will be welcomed, and live among the humans like their everyday life in Equestria.

What if it's not like that? What if a person believes the government would experiment on them just like in movies? A person like me? Keeping the ponies confined to my house to prevent anything wrong happening to them, how will they react?

And most of all, what if a fan crush, turns out into something deeper?

However, his recent streak of victories has gotten him mixed attention, and when a competitor loses his cool, Shadow finds himself victim to a beating, and a broken leg against the Wondercolt Statue. During the full moon cycle, the portal opens up and pulls him into the Pony world of Equestria.

Author's Note: After reading the story "What the frick!?" I decided to try my hoof at transformation, seeing as I constantly switch between pony and human. But anyways, back to the point: I'm not planning to work on this very hard, at the time of upload, but I WILL work in it. But, who knows? If it picks up traction, I may devote more time to it. Well never mind that! This story is taking more priority!
