It's a perfectly normal day in Ponyville. Or, actually, except for one, tiny, itsy-bitsy, inconsequential little difference.

Can our heroes save the day from the venerable Scoota-saurus-rex that just so happens to have chosen today to go wreaking havoc across the town? All before their bedtime? And not covered in tree sap?

Well, no promises on that last one. But let's see how well they can do on the first two, hmm?

Originally created as an entry to the flashfic 150 challenge. It went over, and then I realised there was a prompt so I set it aside and did something else.

Scootaloo loves cool things. Wearing a bow is something that would never come to her mind.
It's kitschy. It's cheesy. It's uncool.
Yet she did it last night to help Apple Bloom out of a complicated situation. But that was an exception. Help for a good friend, not more. She would never wear a bow again.
At least that's what Scootaloo thought. For some reason, she couldn't let go of Apple Bloom's bow.
Why does it make her feel so much more comfortable to wear it?

A little one-shot inspired by "Somepony to Watch Over Me".
I usually don't write shipfics, but Scootaloo wearing Apple Bloom's bow in that episode was too good of an opportunity to take a pass on writing one. And too much cuteness to resist.

Two MLP fans who live half a world away from each other begin a romance RP.

This is a slightly experimental style of story, following two parallel narratives: a romance between Pinkie Pie and Rainbow Dash in Equestria, and the relationship between two RPers in our world.

Although the rules of fimfiction forbid chat logs being published as stories, I'll note that the chat logs in this story are fictional — they have been entirely crafted by the author, and are not just copied and pasted from a real chat — and only form a small part of the story. I asked a moderator before I even started writing, and he seemed to think it would be okay. While the story is intentionally written as if it could have been an RP, I can assure you I wrote the whole thing myself. I've never even RPed PinkieDash.

After getting yelled at, Vinyl responds by making odd gestures with her hands. It turns out, Vinyl Scratch is deaf, and she feels music instead of listening to it. Feeling ashamed, Octavia wishes to make it up to her, but is surprised by Vinyl's request.
