I didn't mean she was Literally possessed as he was concieved, I meant already possessed. And, actually I believe she left when Ben was around 1, and died before he turned 4. His father spent 3 years looking for her, but he only found after she died. According to Alpha Mermory, she die in a hovercraft accident.
