I noticed that there are a lot of the bigger, well known shipping of adult ponies. Do the foals not count towards the targeted romance/shipping? (Not talking clop or anything, just romance)

I've read/seen a lot of ones for the Crusaders, Silver Spoon and Diamond Tiara and the other kids in the show, just regular ol' shipping stories. Do they qualify for a folder in this group?
