And honestly, when the second student is trying to help get Malfoy out of the other student's pants (I can never remember the difference between Crabbe and Goyle), based on the way he pulled his hand away, it can be assumed that either Draco bit him while still a ferret, or more humorously, the student who had Draco in his pants wet himself. Imagine word getting out that a Slytherin wet his pants, regardless of the circumstances.
