I wonder how many unhinged fans sent that actress death threats as a result of her portrayal of Umbitch....
I gotta admit, she did an absolutely stellar job of portraying a completely unlikable character. Possibly making the character even more unlikable.

I think most people would agree, Umbridge is one of those characters who everyone loves to hate, although that's still no excuse for sending the actress death threats. Umbridge was just as big of a bitch in the books, and people didn't send Rowling death threats. Although I wouldn't be surprised if she received death threats given her standing on the LGBTQA+ community.
