Calling Equestria out for being an advanced civilization that pretends to be primitive or calling it out for hoarding technology?

I'm not sure that the comparison is equal since unlike vibranium based technology, which could be used by anyone, the abilities of ponies comes from magic and is specific to their species and tribe. Equestria could share with other nations but that doesn't mean that other species could use any of it.

Like, Equestria could try to set up a weather factory like the one in Cloudsdale but that doesn't mean that other species could use it. They'd have to station pegasi all over the world and I'm not sure they have the population for that.
