I am Acheron, Dark Lord of Darkest Evil, and writer of Future Tactics - The War Games. It is... well, to be perfectly honest, what it is supposed to be, in the end, is a massive universe. It is literally War Games that take up an entire galaxy, mainly, Messier-83. (Yes, that's an actual Galaxy).
